Amara K.

“While preparing for CEP, I keep a small list of mistakes from Level 1: Equity Plan Design, Analysis, and Administration. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”
Leo F.
Treasury Conquer learner
“Great CEP prep. Treasury Conquer was clear and easy to use!”
Nadia F.
Treasury Conquer learner
“For CEP, Level 1: Accounting was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Jonas P.
Treasury Conquer learner
“My CEP routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Level 1: Corporate and Securities Law. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”
Rosa M.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The CEP practice questions kept my review focused.”
Jamal W.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I use lunch breaks to review Level 1: Taxation for CEP. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Yuki S.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The hardest part of CEP prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Level 2: Equity Plan Design, Analysis, and Administration separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”
Trevor B.
Treasury Conquer learner
“Treasury Conquer made CEP prep simple and easy to follow.”
Hannah T.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I am still working through CEP, especially Level 2: Accounting. Going back through missed questions slowly has shown me which details I rush past when I practice under time pressure.”
Elena G.
Treasury Conquer learner
“CEP review felt much more manageable with these tools.”
“Thanks to the well-organized practice questions, I was able to tackle my exam preparations with ease. The questions are thoughtfully designed to closely resemble those in the actual exam.”
“The well-structured practice questions really help me prepare for the exams conveniently.”
“The practice questions, key study notes, and supportive staff all help me pass the exam. The best thing is the questions are well structured and similar to the ones on the exam.”
“The practice questions are incredibly helpful. They're closely resembling the real exam scenarios, which is perfect. With detailed explanations provided, studying has never been this efficient.”
“The practice questions mirrored real exams with comprehensive explanations.”
“The practice questions are superbly crafted, making exam preparation a breeze. The explanations provided after this question are like gold dust.”
Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
Generally, an RSU is a promise to deliver shares or cash later, subject to its terms. Vesting may remove a service condition, but the employee does not become a shareholder merely because an unsettled RSU vests. Check the settlement event before assigning voting rights, dividends on shares, share ownership, or a tax basis in delivered stock.
Equity-classified employee options are generally measured for accounting at grant-date fair value, with compensation cost recognized over the relevant service period. A typical U.S. nonstatutory option whose value was not readily determinable at grant generally creates employee income at exercise instead. Accounting measurement, employee taxation, and employer cash payments therefore follow different events.
First establish the option’s legal and tax classification; the plan label alone cannot cure unmet statutory requirements. A typical nonstatutory option produces ordinary income on exercise equal to share value less the exercise price, followed by a separate stock-sale result. An ISO generally produces no regular federal income on exercise, but its exercise spread may affect alternative minimum tax. The eventual sale and applicable holding-period facts determine the final treatment.
