“While preparing for CFCS, I keep a small list of mistakes from Treasury Applied Practice and Decision-Making. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”

Yuki S.

“For CFCS, Methods, Procedures, and Documentation was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Trevor B.
Treasury Conquer learner
“My CFCS routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Ethics, Safety, and Professional Standards. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”
Hannah T.

“The CFCS practice questions kept my review focused.”
Elena G.

“I use lunch breaks to review Case Analysis and Exam-Style Scenarios for CFCS. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Aisha M.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The hardest part of CFCS prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Financial Concepts and Core Domain Knowledge separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”
Maya R.

“I am still working through CFCS, especially Crime Assessment and Interpretation. Going back through missed questions slowly has shown me which details I rush past when I practice under time pressure.”

“The practice questions, key study notes, and supportive staff all help me pass the exam. The best thing is the questions are well structured and similar to the ones on the exam.”
Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
Identify the suspected source of value first, then examine what happened to it. Fraud, bribery, trafficking, or tax evasion may generate proceeds; laundering concerns transactions intended to conceal or handle those proceeds under applicable law. A fraud victim’s payment to a shell company can be evidence of the fraud, while later transfers through nominees and an asset purchase may support a separate laundering inquiry. The same records can bear on both, but an unusual transfer alone does not prove either offense.
Treat an indicator as a reason to test an explanation, not as a finding of guilt. Compare the activity with the customer’s known business, identify the people who benefit, seek independent supporting records, and assess whether several facts reinforce one another. Record both incriminating and contrary evidence. Escalate through the institution’s applicable process when the unresolved pattern warrants investigation or a reporting decision; preserve confidentiality and avoid alerting a subject when that could compromise the inquiry.
Create one chronology linking parties, accounts, devices, payments, and source documents, then assign questions to the teams best equipped to answer them. Fraud staff may verify a purported invoice, cyber staff may establish whether credentials were compromised, and financial crime investigators may trace beneficiaries and related accounts. Share information only through authorized channels, preserve the origin and handling of evidence, and distinguish confirmed facts from hypotheses. That allows the teams to reach consistent decisions without assuming that every suspicious feature has the same cause.
