“While preparing for CPIM, I keep a small list of mistakes from Production Concepts and Core Domain Knowledge. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”

“Great CPIM prep. Treasury Conquer was clear and easy to use!”
Chris D.

“For CPIM, Inventory Assessment and Interpretation was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Marcus T.
Treasury Conquer learner
“My CPIM routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Management Applied Practice and Decision-Making. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”
Grace L.

“The CPIM practice questions kept my review focused.”
Sofia L.

“I use lunch breaks to review Methods, Procedures, and Documentation for CPIM. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Dana W.

“The hardest part of CPIM prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Ethics, Safety, and Professional Standards separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”
Victor S.

“The practice questions mirrored real exams with comprehensive explanations.”
Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
S&OP reconciles demand, supply and financial plans at an aggregate level, commonly by product family. The master production schedule states what quantities of specific end items are planned for specific periods. Material requirements planning derives component needs from that schedule, while capacity planning checks the resources needed to make it. Detailed scheduling then assigns work to actual resources and controls its execution. A feasible family total does not prove that every item mix or due date is feasible.
MRP compares time-phased gross requirements with projected available inventory and scheduled receipts. Suppose 20 units are on hand, 30 are due before week 4, and 60 are needed in week 4. With no safety stock and lot-for-lot ordering, the week 4 shortage is 60 minus 20 minus 30, or 10 units. A planned receipt of 10 is needed in week 4. If lead time is two weeks, its planned release belongs in week 2.
Extra stock can reduce shortages when demand or replenishment varies, but its value depends on where the uncertainty occurs and which item the customer needs. Stock of an unrelated component cannot cover a finished-item shortage. Safety stock also raises holding cost and may become obsolete. Set a service objective, estimate demand and lead-time variation, place the buffer at a useful point, and compare the expected service gain with the added inventory investment.
