“While preparing for CIRA, I keep a small list of mistakes from Methods, Procedures, and Documentation. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”

Maya R.
Treasury Conquer learner
“For CIRA, Ethics, Safety, and Professional Standards was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Priya R.
Treasury Conquer learner
“My CIRA routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Case Analysis and Exam-Style Scenarios. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”
Tom H.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The CIRA practice questions kept my review focused.”
Chris D.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I use lunch breaks to review Insolvency Concepts and Core Domain Knowledge for CIRA. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Marcus T.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The hardest part of CIRA prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Restructuring Assessment and Interpretation separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”
Grace L.
Treasury Conquer learner
“Treasury Conquer made CIRA prep simple and easy to follow.”
Sofia L.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I am still working through CIRA, especially Advisor Applied Practice and Decision-Making. Going back through missed questions slowly has shown me which details I rush past when I practice under time pressure.”
Dana W.
Treasury Conquer learner

“The practice questions mirrored real exams with comprehensive explanations.”
“the practice questions are helpful similar to the topics covered in the real exams i love the detailed explanation provided right after each question”
“The well-structured practice questions help me prepare for the exam conveniently.”
“The practice questions, key study notes, and supportive staff all help me to pass the exam. And the best thing is, is that the questions are well-structured and similar to the ones on the actual exam.”
“Thanks to the well-organized practice questions, I was able to tackle my exam preparations with ease. The questions are thoughtfully designed to closely resemble those in the actual exam.”
Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
Liquidity describes whether the company can meet payments when due. Business failure concerns whether its operations and strategy can produce sustainable value. A firm may have positive EBITDA yet miss payroll because receivables are collected too slowly. A turnaround first protects near-term cash, then tests whether operating changes can restore durable cash generation.
Enterprise value is an estimate, not cash available on the effective date. A plan must fund required payments, respect claim priorities, satisfy applicable confirmation requirements, and support future debt service under credible assumptions. Compare the present value offered to each affected creditor with its liquidation recovery, then test cash needs and downside scenarios.
A confirmed settlement can produce an accounting gain when a recorded liability is extinguished for less than its carrying amount. Tax treatment follows separate rules. Cancellation-of-debt income may be excluded in a bankruptcy case, while the exclusion can reduce tax attributes. The amount, timing, and consequences require separate accounting and tax analyses.
