“While preparing for CMA, I keep a small list of mistakes from Ethics, Safety, and Professional Standards. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”

“For CMA, Case Analysis and Exam-Style Scenarios was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Leo F.

“My CMA routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Management Concepts and Core Domain Knowledge. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”

“I use lunch breaks to review Accountant Assessment and Interpretation for CMA. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Rosa M.

“The hardest part of CMA prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Treasury Applied Practice and Decision-Making separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”

Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
Part 1 develops the information used to run and control an organization: reports, budgets, costs, performance measures, controls, and data. Part 2 asks how to interpret that information and choose among financing, operating, risk, and investment alternatives. For example, Part 1 helps calculate a product's contribution margin; Part 2 uses that margin to assess a special order or a constrained production plan.
A variance compares an observed amount with a defined benchmark, but it does not establish the cause or the overall outcome. Paying less for material is favorable on price; if the cheaper material increases waste, rework, or customer returns, total economics may worsen. Reconcile price, usage, volume, and quality measures before treating the variance as a gain.
Use incremental after-tax cash flows when evaluating a capital investment because cash timing and the required return determine value. Accounting profit includes noncash charges such as depreciation and may omit the initial investment and later recovery of working capital. For a short-term operating choice, compare the revenues and costs that change because of the choice, including opportunity costs; exclude amounts that cannot change.
