Tom H.

“While preparing for LSSGBB, I keep a small list of mistakes from Case Analysis and Exam-Style Scenarios. Reviewing why each answer went wrong keeps my study sessions more focused than simply rereading notes.”
Chris D.
Treasury Conquer learner
“Great LSSGBB prep. Treasury Conquer was clear and easy to use!”
Marcus T.
Treasury Conquer learner
“For LSSGBB, Lean Concepts and Core Domain Knowledge was the area I kept postponing. Breaking it into a few practice questions at a time makes the material much easier to revisit after work.”
Grace L.
Treasury Conquer learner
“My LSSGBB routine is simple: one timed set, a short break, then a careful review of Sigma Assessment and Interpretation. The explanations show whether I understood the idea or just guessed well.”
Sofia L.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The LSSGBB practice questions kept my review focused.”
Dana W.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I use lunch breaks to review Green Applied Practice and Decision-Making for LSSGBB. Short sessions work better for me because I can focus on one weak area without trying to cover the whole syllabus at once.”
Victor S.
Treasury Conquer learner
“The hardest part of LSSGBB prep for me is keeping similar ideas in Methods, Procedures, and Documentation separate. I now write one-line comparisons after each practice set, which makes the next review much clearer.”
Amara K.
Treasury Conquer learner
“Treasury Conquer made LSSGBB prep simple and easy to follow.”
Leo F.
Treasury Conquer learner
“I am still working through LSSGBB, especially Ethics, Safety, and Professional Standards. Going back through missed questions slowly has shown me which details I rush past when I practice under time pressure.”
Nadia F.
Treasury Conquer learner
“LSSGBB review felt much more manageable with these tools.”
“The well-structured practice questions really help me prepare for the exams conveniently.”
“Thanks to the well-organized practice questions, I was able to tackle my exam preparations with ease. The questions are thoughtfully designed to closely resemble those in the actual exam.”
“the practice questions are incredibly helpful, closely resembling the real exam scenarios. There are very detailed explanations provided and actually studying has never been this efficient.”
“The practice questions are superbly crafted, making exam preparation a breeze. The explanations provided after this question are like gold dust.”
“The practice questions, key study notes, and supportive staff all help me to pass the exam. And the best thing is, is that the questions are well-structured and similar to the ones on the actual exam.”
“The practice questions mirrored real exams with comprehensive explanations.”
Of course you can. Any exam can be prepared for independently. But you’ll spend weeks extracting key concepts from dense manuals, guessing which topics are actually tested, and hoping you covered enough.
Or you can let our full-time exam team do that heavy work for you — so you can focus on practice, pass on your first attempt, and spend your evenings with friends and family instead of buried in textbooks.
FAQ
Lean examines the movement of work and removes delays, excess handling and other activities that do not create customer value. Six Sigma examines variation and defects using measurement and statistical analysis. A process may need both: removing a queue can shorten delivery time, while reducing variation in the preceding operation can prevent the queue from forming again. Start with the customer requirement and the observed process, then select the method that addresses the measured constraint.
No. Capability compares process output with specification limits; statistical control asks whether variation is behaving consistently over time. A capability estimate from an unstable process can be misleading because its future distribution may change. Examine a time-ordered control chart first. If it shows special-cause signals, investigate them before using a capability index to describe expected performance against specifications.
Both levels use DMAIC and must connect a proposed change to customer and business outcomes. Black Belt work places greater emphasis on leading deployment, evaluating evidence across teams and using more demanding analysis. Depending on the provider, that includes regression diagnostics, designed experiments, confounding, non-normal methods and robust controls. The precise topic list differs between ASQ and IASSC, so a candidate should use the pathway for the credential they intend to earn.
